What is Personal Information, and why do we collect it?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. The Personal Information we collect in relation to Uni Ready is your email address, via a survey embedded on our website, for the purposes of gathering feedback. Users opt into their personal information being shared with us for this purpose.

 

Disclosure of Personal Information

Your Personal Information will only be disclosed where required or authorised by law.

 

Security of Personal Information

Your Personal Information will be permanently deleted once we have sent you the survey.

 

Access to your Personal Information

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions, until it is permanently deleted after the survey is sent. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.

Access, Equity, and Inclusion at UNSW will not charge any fee for your access request.

To protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
